Our builder Dasco has progressed significantly with construction activity culminating in the anticipation of the ground floor slab pour by late July 2023. We will see notable activity onsite over the coming months as further floor slabs are poured with the likely topping out on track for late 2023.

Construction is well advanced with the excavation nearing completion. The erection of the tower crane will be the next major milestone – expected to be installed in November. The real activity will then take place, culminating in the buildings topping out by late 2023. Practical Completion is slated for around early-to-mid 2024 and the anticipated move-in-date will be soon after.

Early on-site site works are well underway with demolition now complete. The next construction phase will see Sydney Water commence the redirection of the sewage and drainage which is expected in the month of February. Once complete, the early basement excavation works will begin for the digging of the car parking. Our anticipated completion is scheduled for early-to-mid 2024.

In early December 2021, the first major milestone was achieved with the demolition of the existing homes on site. All were completely removed before Christmas, with the land flattened to make way for the next phase of early works – the redirection of sewer and water by Sydney Water.
